Business Center:
The Business Center program is designed for service and light manufacturing companies. Space for this seven-year program is comprised of six commercial condo units of 1,500 sq. feet each and two units of 3,000 sq. feet each. The first and very important step after acceptance into the program is to perform a complete review of the business plan. If a formal business plan is not in place, the Business Center Staff guides the business owners in developing the plan. Through the seven-year incubation process, the Center Staff will meet as needed with the business owners to review the company's progress, using the business plan as a benchmark. Reviews will be scheduled by appointment, quarterly for the first two years, and then semi-annually for the remainder of the program.
